I have been designing original wedding and celebration cakes for over 15 years and teaching sugar craft at the local college for the past ten years.

All my cakes are decorated with intricate hand-sculpted designs, from life-like garden roses to a full assortment of hand-painted flowers.

I'd be delighted to liaise with your florist if you'd rather have a fresh flower decoration. I deliver* and assemble your cake at your specified location , if required.

Clients are welcome to look through my extensive portfolio for ideas. Your event's theme will then determine the colour scheme and subject, reflecting my philosophy that my creations should be as original as the events at which they appear
